Pizza dough recipe:
4 cups of flour
1 package dry instant yeast
1tsp salt
1tsp sugar
1 1/2 cup warm water
2 tbsp olive oil

* Mix flour, yeast, salt, and sugar in a bowl with the dough hook.
* Add warm water and oil. Mix until the dough gathers into a ball, about 8 -10 minutes.
* Form the dough into a ball, place it in a lightly oiled bowl, and turn it over to coat. Cover with a damp towel or plastic wrap and let it rise for about 2 hours.
* After risen, divide the dough into 3 equal portions and then roll them into balls.

* cover the dough balls with a damp towel or plastic wrap and let them rise in a warm place for 30 โ€“ 60 minutes.
