Workshop Cancellation Policy

We rely on an accurate attendance count to make key logistical arrangements for our upcoming workshops. Also, as our workshop space is limited, our workshops tends to fill up.  If an attendee needs to withdraw from a workshop, they must inform us in writing via email no later than 60 days prior to the first day of the scheduled workshop for a full refund.

For any cancellations that are made between 30 and 59 days, prior to the start the workshop, you will be charged a non-refundable administrative fee of $50.

Cancellation requests made between 15 and 29 days prior to the start of the workshop will be charged a non-refundable administrative fee of $100.

Cancellation requests made less than 14 days prior to the start of the workshop will be charged a 50% of the original workshop fee.

You may request to transfer registration, for the same workshop, to another individual should you choose to withdraw.  The Cuyamungue Institute and its instructors reserve the right to approve or reject the new applicant for any reason.

The Cuyamungue Institute and its instructors also reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any workshop for any reason, including canceling a workshop that does not meet minimum registration requirements .  If we cancels a workshop, paid registrants will be given full refunds.  Rescheduled workshop information will be posted on The Cuyamungue Institute website at www.cuyamungueinstitute.com
