John Hoenie
May 2nd, 1940 – July 10th, 2014
We are saddened at the passing of John Hoenie, a long-time member of the Cuyamungue Institute. He is survived by his loving wife, Belinda Gore, former president of CI, and his two sons Tim Hoenie and Ben Hoenie, his brother Allen Hoenie, sister Carol Palsis and many dear friends. John was an amazing photographer, an avid sailor, and a wise and caring friend.
On a personal note, I spent quality time with John both in-person and by phone over the last several years and I will deeply miss his insight, humor, enthusiasm and passion for exploring ideas. John, Wishing you Godspeed on your journey!
